Acid malt

Max and Paul try to wrap up their homebrew store shopping.

Paul: Ok, we have the gear, now we need ingredients!

Max: Start with pale ale?

Paul: Ok, get me the malt.

Homebrew store employee: Here is a good recipe. I'd also recommend you add 3 lbs of acid malt, to make up for the city water.

Homebrew store employee: Cool. Kidding. No acid malt. Just checking if you'd get the recipe here and buy the malt online.

Paul: So you're to blame for all the sour beers?!

Homebrew store employee: Just be glad... I used to suggest whole raw fish instead of just isinglass.
