Max is trying another homebrewer's beer.

Homebrewer: I didn't hit my target OG for some reason, and there is also that slightly weird flavor in the background and I have no idea what it is or where it comes from.

Max: Hey, cool, no problem, just add a lot more hops!

A few years older Max: What was the grain bill? What was the expected and actual OG? Is this extract or all grain? How was your mash schedule? How did you sparge? Do you know the ph of the mash? How long did you boil?
