In an online video, a guy wearing a medal around his neck and holding a beer in his hand, explains: ...so after countless improvements to the recipe and my technique, after asking for feedback from fellow home brewers many, many times...

...and after welding my system as I envisioned it, which wasn't cheap, this beer won the gold medal!
