Paul: Here is an extract ale we made a few weeks ago.

First homebrewer: Extract? Well, nice, but for me it really changed when I moved to mini mash.

Second homebrewer: Mini mash? Please... for me it really changed when I moved to all-grain.

Third homebrewer: All-grain? Sure, but for me it really changed when I milled the grain myself.

Fourth homebrewer: Mill? Grow! For me it really changed when I grew my own malt.

Fifth homebrewer: For me it really changed when I genetically engineered my own yeast strain.
