At the meeting of the local homebrew club, the Salads meeting, Max hands out samples of his homebrewed stout.

A homebrewer: I normally don't like stouts, but yours is really good. Thanks for sharing!

Another homebrewer comments, as the first one walks off: And? Happy with the feedback you got?

That guy has no clue about stouts. Makes his feedback really helpful, doesn't it?

Maybe your stout is so far off from what a stout should be that people who don't like stouts actually do like it.

Max: Next time I'll just hand out a coke and call it malty, dark, low hops / low alc, experimental, free style...
