Max: I just poured the malt extract down the mill to make sure it's all liquid. You wouldn't want to choke on a nasty chunk of extract, would you?
Paul: Good point. Mill the water as well. It has always so much iron, it could almost have a little nail in it.
Paul: And send the sanitizer through the mill as well, while you're at it. Just to be on the safe side.
Max: When you do it correctly, milling is a lot like cleaning...
