Max is stirring in the brew kettle. Next to him on the kitchen table is a computer with a video conf call in progress.

Conference participants: According to Max' latest numbers we had an increase of 1.052 OG in the last quarter.

But where it says "net" it only says 1.012!

Does that include that 0.5 saaz from H27?

Think so. Says here it's a late addition.

Max: Don't change anything, I'll need these numbers!
